Disability Law Collective

Disability Law Collective is an affordable law practice providing legal advocacy and representation services online to people with disabilities and their families, especially those with moderate means. It strives to meet the unmet legal needs of the disability community, accepting clients from all incomes and providing clients individually tailored services. It also provides a range of service options, including limited scope representation (or “unbundled services”) where the attorney handles parts of the case and the client handles other parts.

Disability Law Collective’s primary focus is to help people navigate through governmental administrative agencies, such as Special Education and the Social Security Administration’s rules, regulations, hearings, and appeals. It also helps guide people through matters encompassing access to disability services, housing, letters requesting accommodations, or other legal matters people with disabilities and their families face.
